After my workout this morning I gave my body a treat (or pain…) by foam rolling. It was well needed after several sessions at the gym this week. Foam rolling is an excellent way to release muscle tension, increase circulation and blood flow. It’s perfect as part of your warm up, after your session or whenever it fits best into your schedule. Like while watching your favourite tv-series.
