Gluten Free Protein Bread

Made this protein boosted bread with apple, yogurt, seeds and gluten free flour this morning. Happy Sunday!

Prep time: 10 min Cook time: 60 min Ready in: 70 min

Ingredients: 

  • 2 dl oat flour
  • 1 dl coconut flour
  • 1 dl brown rice flour
  • 2 dl oat flakes
  • 1/2 dl flax seeds
  • 1/2 dl sesame seeds
  • 1 dl sunflower seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk
  • fennel
  • anise
  • caraway
  • 4 dl yogurt
  • 1 small shredded apple
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients.
  3. Add yogurt, apple and honey. Mix.
  4. Line a bread pan with parchment paper or grease with coconut oil.
  5. Pour the mixture in the pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Let cool before serving.
