Glow-boosting Salmon Salad

This is one of my favourite glow-boosting salads. The skin benefits alone makes me love it and it’s easy to make and so tasty!

Salmon as you know is a great source of Omega-3. Omega-3 can even skin tone, reduce inflammation and add glow! Since salmon is rich in selenium it can also protect the skin from harmful UV radiation. I always add fresh ginger to this salad since ginger is such a great anti inflammatory. Add spinach which is packed with skin protecting folate and antioxidants, and tomatoes filled with age preventing lycopene. Skin heaven!
