I think most of us have a love/hate feeling towards interval training. It can be incredibly challenging, both mentally and physically. However, the feeling I get afterwards is hard to beat!

Today I started with a 10 minutes warm up on the treadmill. My goal was to do 10 x 30:30 sprints (30 sec sprint/30 sec rest) and 5 x 20:40 sprints (20 sec sprint/40 sec rest). I tried to finish off on 21 km/h, but couldn’t hold it for 20 whole seconds. Next time though! Love it!
