This smoothie is packed with nutrients like vitamin C, E and healthy fatty acids. It doesn’t look so tempting, but it has a wonderful consistency and a sweet taste. Very satisfying as a post-workout snack!
Servings: 1 Ready in: 5 min
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 large handful spinach (or other dark green leaf veggies)
- 2 tbsp hemp protein
- 1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 cm fresh ginger
- 2 dl water (or more/less depending on how thick you want it)
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
